Technosoft has a center of excellence located in India in Mumbai, Thane. There are also satellite offices in Baroda and Pune in India. The facilities at Thane is center of execution and is housed in Technosoft Knowledge Gateway a building that would eventually be close to 100,000 sq ft. of useful area for housing our staff.

The establishment of such an office facility reinforces the commitment of Technosoft to the services market. This building is so planned to be able to operate independent divisions with team size varying between 50 to 200 for specific business or project work. There is also ample provision for customer representative to visit and operate from these facilities during a job execution.

The communication facilities are also up to date in Technosoft with a wide variety of options for establishing remote operations with customers. Some of the common forms of communications include the use of WebEx facilitating sharing of desk top and interactive sessions that greatly improves the communication between the customer and the execution center. Dedicated 8MBPS communication and internet facility, International Subscriber Dialing phone facilities, Teleconference facilities, secure FTP, email and fax are integral part of the office facilities.

Communication Facilities:

Having a proven operations with multi-location Marketing and Execution centers Technosoft pays great attention to the communication facilities that are available. Regular up gradation of the technology and training to the execution team are done every year. Some of the key facilities include secure FTP for file and data transfer to and from customer, Teleconferencing, WebEx for sharing desk top and computing platforms, Internet, email, telephone and fax facilities.

Whenever a sizable project is awarded to Technosoft provides FTP login to the customer. Customer can use this site to upload data for use in any of the Technosoft offices and so also Technosoft uploads deliveries on this site for the customer to download and confirm receipt.

Additionally progress reporting systems are also available through the FTP site so that customer can keep track of the position of their project.

Personnel:

Technosoft has large pool of talented well trained staff around the globe. Some of them are deployed in customer sites and others operate from various engineering offices in US, India, UK & Germany.

Technosoft has an HR & recruitment departments that takes care of the personnel needs for the entire company. The recruitment department maintains a large data base of available candidates and their experience details. Additionally maintains memberships to a number of employment sourcing agencies for meeting their needs in timely fashion. Recruitment is done based on need and candidature competence.
