This applies in all areas of our business and our collective objective is to deliver the highest possible quality products and solutions to ensure that we always exceed our customers’ expectations.  

Quality assurance 

All Quality Management Systems within the Group are based on the best industry standard quality guidelines. Their implementation is effectively managed through comprehensive, well-designed, practical processes. Constant review and audit of this system ensures its applicability and use throughout the organization. We also ensure, by way of quality manuals, quality circles, on the job training, and ‘good ideas’ incentives that our employees are actively involved in the ongoing search for better ways to exceed customer expectations.

In our manufacturing businesses almost 100% of the company’s production is exported to nearly 60 countries world wide.  

The Technocraft Group has established a lengthy reputation for quality:

Our products are quality tested to very high standards ensuring defect counts are down to an absolute minimum before release to our customers.

In our Engineering Services businesses projects are run in accordance with ISO-9001: 2000  

Software project quality 

In our IT Services businesses software development projects are run within the rigorous guidelines set out in Microsoft Solutions Framework. Team and Process models are backed up with the disciplines that are universally recognised as key contributors to reduction in risk and cost. 

All project team members are charged with responsibility for quality through the deployment of preventative and corrective disciplines.  

We identify and maintain deliverables according to well documented best practice. We utilise code analysis and peer reviews to minimise bugs. We maximise testing to eliminate bugs.
