Estimate to invoice is a multipurpose management system which enables users to integrate their company's activities from initial enquiry for a contract, through the quotation and production stages, to final delivery and payment.

Developed to meet the full needs of small to medium size manufacturing organizations the system may also be used within larger companies for the cost estimation and management of specific activities and processes.

e2i effectively models the manufacturing company's environment taking into account all aspects of the business. E.g. estimating, buying, manufacturing etc.


Product and Process Management

Central to the e2i system is the parts database and operation library. The parts database allows a full structured hierarchy of components and assemblies to be managed with bill of material output. The operation library represents activities that will be performed during the life cycle of a job.

To e2i an operation is anything that the user deems as being necessary to perform the job in hand. Normally an operation will have a clear activity such as welding or polishing, but with e2i you can include any activities, which incur cost to you, in your estimates, e.g. inspection, transit times etc. Therefore e2i allows you to take into account every element of a job which results in more accurate estimates.
