Technosoft follows quality norms in line with the international requirements. Processing the right quality starts with the process of capturing the customer requirement accurately at the start of the job. Technosoft actively promotes the Local Contact and Control model in order to translate the customer requirements accurately to the remote execution team.
At business development stage the scope of work, inputs required from customer and deliverables are all defined in our technical offer. For customer with little or no experience in the process of out sourcing Technosoft is capable at business development stage to explain the process beforehand. Additionally Technosoft can provide “On Site” Project Manager to the customer to take care of the process of out sourcing. Options are also provided wherein customer can get some part of the work done at the customer’s site directly under their supervision. This further enhances the quality of the out put as the on site Project manager is often from our off shore team and has a good understanding of the process of out sourcing as well as the cultural issues at both ends. This process reduces the customer’s management efforts on the out sourcing project.
At the execution level Technosoft has implemented regular project planning and resource planning for meeting the delivery schedules. Also live processes are implemented for generation, checking process and approval process. The checking person is always different from the person generating the deliverables and the processes of checking are controlled by checklists.
Technosoft believes in building Quality right through the execution process and inspection at the delivery stage reveals a great measure of success. This is in line with the Quality Assurance process requirements.
